With reference to the captioned matter, we would like to inform the Exchange of the revised quarterly financial results for the quarter ended 30th June 2018. It has been brought to our notice that the figure of Rs. 4.27 lakhs as depreciation is the yearly amount and that the correct quarterly figure for the same is Rs. 1.07 lakhs. We have updated the result and it is attached herein for your reference. Further, herein are enclosed the documents pertaining to the revised unaudited standalone quarterly result of M/s. Alka Securities Limited as per the listing requirement of the Stock Exchange for the Quarter Ended 30th June 2018.
