The Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held today, i.e. 8th February, 2019 inter alia, has: a. Approved the Standalone and Consolidated Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2018. A copy of the said Financial Results and Limited Review Report of the Statutory Auditors of the Company is enclosed herewith. b. Declared Interim Dividend of Rs. 8/- (Rupees Eight only) per equity share on the face value of Rs. 2/- per share for the financial year 2018-19. The date of payment of Interim Dividend shall be on and from 21st February, 2019. Further, as informed vide our letter dated 1st February, 2019 submitted to the Stock Exchanges pursuant to Clause 42 of the Listing Regulations, the record date for the purpose of payment of interim dividend for the financial year 2018-19 would be Monday, 18th February, 2019. The meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company commenced at 10.30 a.m. and concluded at 1.30 p.m.
