AMARJOTHI SPINNING MILLS LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 30/05/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform you that the 01st/2019-20 meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held at the registered office of the Company on Thursday, the 30th Day of May, 2019 at 10.00 A.M to inter-alia consider and take on record the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the year ended 31st March 2019 and also any other matters with the consent of the Chairman of the Company. In terms of the Code of Insider Trading Regulations of the Company, it is hereby communicated that the TRADING WINDOW for dealing in the Companys Securities shall remain closed from Thursday, the 23rd May, 2019 till 48 hours after results are made public on 30th May, 2019, for all Directors/Officers/Designated employees and their relatives of the Company.
