AMIT SPINNING INDUSTRIES LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 09/08/2018 ,inter alias, to consider and approve In compliance with Regulation 29 and other applicable provisions of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, this is to inform you that Mr. Parveen Bansal, who has been appointed as Resolution Professional for conducting the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process under Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 in terms of order of National Company Law Tribunal dated 1st August, 2017, will hold a meeting with the directors/officials of the Company on Thursday, the 9th Day of August, 2018 to consider and approve the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2018.
