Ananthi Constructions Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is proposed to be held on July 25, 2018 to consider and inter alia the Un-Audited financial statements of the Company (Under Ind-AS) for the quarter ended June 30, 2018 Pursuant to this, the Company has decided that the Close period (i.e., Closure of trading window) for the insiders would commence from 5.00 pm on June 16, 2018 and end 48 hours after the results are made public on July 25, 2018.
