Aneri Fincap Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 11/02/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve 1.Un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended 31st December, 2018. 2.Further, in pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will be closed from 5th February, 2019 to 13th February, 2019 (both days inclusive). 3.Any other agenda with the permission of the Chairman.
