Pursuant to Clause 33 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we enclose herewith, a. Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2019 along with the Auditors Report issued by M/S Ramanatham & Rao, Statutory Auditors of the Company. b. Declaration in respect of Audit Report with unmodified opinion Further, the Board of Directors recommended a dividend of Rs. 2.5 per share for the Financial year ended March 31, 2019, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting. The dividend if approved by the shareholders shall be paid/dispatched not later than 30 days from the conclusion of the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
