Essar Oil Ltd has announced the following results for the quarter & year ended March 31, 2011: The Unaudited results for the Quarter ended March 31, 2011 The Company has posted a net profit of Rs 3210 million for the quarter ended March 31, 2011 as compared to Rs 1800 million for the quarter ended March 31, 2010. Total Income has increased from Rs 105450 million for the quarter ended March 31, 2010 to Rs 133830 million for the quarter ended March 31, 2011. The Unaudited results for the Year ended March 31, 2011 The Company has posted a net profit of Rs 6540 million for the year ended March 31, 2011 as compared to Rs 290 million for the year ended March 31, 2010. Total Income has increased from Rs 367160 million for the year ended March 31, 2010 to Rs 472490 million for the year ended March 31, 2011. The figures for the year ended March 31, 2010 are Audited.
