Coromandel International Ltd has announced the following results for the quarter & year ended March 31, 2011 The Unaudited results for the Quarter ended March 31, 2011 The Company has posted a net profit after tax of Rs 726.20 million for the quarter ended March 31, 2011 where as the same was at Rs 820.70 million for the quarter ended March 31, 2010. Total Income is Rs 12685.20 million for the quarter ended March 31, 2011 where as the same was at Rs 14011.30 million for the quarter ended March 31, 2010. The Audited results for the Year ended March 31, 2011 The Company has posted a net profit after tax of Rs 6944.60 million for the year ended March 31, 2011 where as the same was at Rs 4682.00 million for the year ended March 31, 2010. Total Income is Rs 77161.40 million for the year ended March 31, 2011 where as the same was at Rs 65268.40 million for the year ended March 31, 2010. The Consolidated Results are as follows : The Audited consolidated results for the Year ended March 31, 2011 The Group has posted a net profit after tax of Rs 6936.70 million for the year ended March 31, 2011 where as the same was at Rs 4676.80 million for the year ended March 31, 2010. Total Income is Rs 77175.20 million for the year ended March 31, 2011 where as the same was at Rs 65309.00 million for the year ended March 31, 2010. During the year, the Scheme of Amalgamation of Pasura Bio-Tech Pvt Ltd (PBPL) with the company was approved by the Honble High Court of Andhra Pradesh effective April 01, 2010 and the order was filed with the Registrar of Companies, Andhra Pradesh to complete the process of amalgamation. As the merger is effective April 01, 2010, the standalone results for the year /quarter include those of PBPL and are hence not comparable with the figures of the corresponding previous year / quarter.
