Corrigendum to the annual audited financial results for the year ended 31st March 2018-reg. This has reference to the audited annual financial results for the year ended 31st March 2018 which were approved by the Board today and filed by the company as per the timeline specified in SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015. We would like to draw your attention to an inadvertent error which had crept into the results submitted under Sl No.14: Paid-up equity share capital (face value of Rs.5- each). The share capital was mentioned in terms of number of shares instead of value of share capital. The rectified financial results, duly authenticated, as per the requirements of the SEBI Listing Regulations, is attached herewith. The correction carried out does not impact any other disclosures in the results. We request you to take this filing as compliance under Listing Regulations.
