Ansal Housing Ltd-$has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 29/05/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve With reference to earlier intimation dated 16th May, 2019 regarding the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company, we would like to inform you that, due to some unforeseeable circumstances, the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company which was scheduled to be held on Tuesday, 28th May, 2019 is postponed and re-scheduled on Wednesday, 29th May, 2019 inter-alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results for the Quarter and Year ended 31st March, 2019 (on Standalone and Consolidated basis) and recommend the dividend, if any, on the equity shares of the Company.
