Audited Financial Results (Stand-alone & Consolidated) for the year ended March 31, 2019. 2. Recommendation of dividend, if any. 3. To seek the shareholders authorization in the forthcoming Annual General Meeting for issue of Non-Convertible Debentures(NCDs) through Private Placement within the borrowing limits approved by members under Section 180 ( c ) of the Companies Act, 2013.
