Further, in terms of provisions of Regulation 33 and 30 of the SEBI LODR, enclosed herewith please find the following: 1. Un-audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter ended on 30th June, 2019 and 2. Limited Review report of Statutory Auditors (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter ended on 30th June, 2019.
