Dear Sir/Madam, This is with reference to our intimation and notice of Postal Ballot dated 12th April, 2019 wherein we had enclosed the postal ballot notice (Notice) dated 05th April 2019 along with explanatory Statement and the Postal Ballot Foam, for seeking approval of the shareholders of the company for the businesses specified in the Notice.
