Further be informed that as per Companys code of conduct framed pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all the directors / designated employees of the Company from 30h January 2019 to .07th February 2019 (both days inclusive).
