Further, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window in respect of dealings in the Equity Shares of the Company will remain closed for the Directors and other designated persons of the Company from 21st May 2019 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of financial results.
