We hereby inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held on 23rd May, 2019, approved the Standalone Audited Financial Results of the Company for the year ended on 31st March, 2019. 2. The Board of Directors has recommended a dividend @ 20%, i.e. Rs. 2.00 per Equity Share of Rs. 10.00 each of the Company for the year ended on 31st March, 2019 subject to the approval of the shareholders in the next Annual General Meeting. 3.
