ARNOLD HOLDINGS LTDhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 13/11/2018 ,inter alia, to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2018, subject to a limited review by the Statutory Auditors. Further, pursuant to Regulations 46 & 47 of LODR, notice of the said meeting is also being published in newspapers and uploaded on the website of the company. The results so approved will also be published pursuant to provisions of LODR.
