Areva T&D India Ltd has informed BSE that for the fourth quarter ended on December 31, 2010 as well as for the entire financial year 2010, the Company will not be publishing unaudited financial results. The Company will be publishing only the audited financial results in the prescribed format within 60 days from the end of the financial year.
