Federal-Mogul Goetze (India) Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors shall approve and publish the audited financial results of the Company for the quarter / year ended December 31, 2010 within 60 days of the end of the financial year i.e. by March 01, 2011 and accordingly shall not publish the un-audited financial results for the said quarter / year by February 14, 2011.
