ABB Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company will be considering Audited Financial Results for the fourth quarter and the financial year ended December 31, 2010, within sixty days from the close of the financial year. Hence, the Board of Directors of the Company will not be considering the Un-audited Financial Results for the fourth quarter and financial year ended December 31, 2010.
