HeidelbergCement India Ltd has informed BSE that the Company will be publishing the Audited Financial Results for the financial year ended December 31, 2010 (twelve months) before February 28, 2011, instead of publishing the unaudited financial results for the last quarter ended December 31, 2010 within forty-five days of the close of the quarter.
