Aditya Birla Nuvo Ltd has announced the following Unaudited results for the quarter ended December 31, 2010: The Company has posted a net profit of Rs 1003.80 million for the quarter ended December 31, 2010 where as the same was at Rs 806.50 million for the quarter ended December 31, 2009. Total Income is Rs 17285.90 million for the quarter ended December 31, 2010 where as the same was at Rs 12684.10 million for the quarter ended December 31, 2009. The Consolidated Results are as follows : The Unaudited consolidated results for the Quarter ended December 31, 2010 The Group has posted a net profit of Rs 2748.50 million for the quarter ended December 31, 2010 where as the same was at Rs 81.90 million for the quarter ended December 31, 2009. Total Income is Rs 46131.90 million for the quarter ended December 31, 2010 where as the same was at Rs 41458.10 million for the quarter ended December 31, 2009. Previous years / periods figures are regrouped / rearranged wherever necessary. Figures of Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and year to date under review are not comparable with that of the corresponding previous periods since there have been acquisitions/disposals/stake changes/mergers/de-merger in the Company and its subsidiaries and joint ventures.
