Lupin Ltd has informed BSE that the last accounting year of the Company ended on March 31, 2011 and the Comany intend to finalise and publish the audited results for the said year. In view of the above, publication of the unaudited results for the last quarter i.e. January 01, 2011 to March 31, 2011 would not be necessary.
