MRO-TEK Ltd has informed BSE that in respect of results of last quarter ending on March 31, 2011, of the financial year 2010-11, the Company shall publish audited results within a period of 60 days from the end of the last quarter of the financial year. Therefore, unaudited results for the last quarter will not published.
