Godawari Power and Ispat Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has decided to Publish Audited Financial Results for the year ended / quarter ended March 31, 2011 instead of Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended March 31, 2011. The Audited Financial Results shall be published within 60 days from end of the last quarter (i.e. on or before May, 30, 2011.
