Lakshmi Mills Company Ltd has informed BSE that the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2011 will be considered and submitted to the Stock Exchanges within a period of 60 days from the end of the last quarter of the financial year in lieu of considering unaudited financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2011.
