Brigade Enterprises Ltd has informed BSE that the company will declare audited financial results for the fourth quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2011 within 60 days from the end of the financial year. Due to this, the Company will not be declaring unaudited financial results for the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2011.
