Wipro Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 26 to April 27, 2011. However, the approval of accounts and recommendation of final dividend will be finally considered by the Board of Directors only on April 27, 2011 (morning). The Board of Directors will consider and approve, inter alia, the following items: 1. Standalone financial Results and Consolidated Results for the quarter ended and year ended March 31, 2011. 2. Recommendation for declaration of final Dividend for the year ended March 31, 2011.
