Oil India Ltd has informed BSE that the Company will be publishing its Audited Financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2011 within 60 days from the close of the financial year 2010-2011 i.e. by May 30, 2011. in view of the above, the Company will not publish its UFR for the last quarter ending March 31, 2011 before May 15, 2011.
