Anjani Portland Cement Ltd has informed BSE that: 1. The Company has decided to publish un-audited results for the quarter ending March 31, 2011 within 45 days from the end of the quarter. 2. Accordingly, a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held before May 15, 2011 for considering the un-audited financial results for the quarter of the financial year 2010-11. 3. In view of the above, there will be no publication of audited financial results for the quarter ending March 31, 2011.
