Sicagen India Ltd has informed BSE that the Company intends to publish the audited financial results for the financial year ended March 31, 2011, within a period of sixty days from the end of the said financial year. Hence the Company will not separately publish the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2011.
