Nilkamal Ltd has informed BSE that with regards the Unaudited Financial Results for the last quarter of the financial year ended as on March 31, 2011, the Company intends to publish Audited Results for the Financial Year 2010-2011, within a period of Sixty days from the end of the last quarter of Financial Year 2010-2011. The Company shall therefore be considered as exempted from the requirement of publishing Unaudited Financial Results for the last quarter ended on March 31, 2011.
