With reference to the earlier announcement dated July 09, 2011 regarding the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 30, 2011 to approve the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended on June 30, 2011, Suzlon Energy Ltd has now informed BSE that at the said meeting it is now also proposed to consider and approve the audited financial results of the Company for the year ended on March 31, 2011.
