El Forge Ltd has informed BSE that the Companys Board has decided to publish the audited results of the Company for the 15 Months period ended June 30, 2011 before August end 2011. The Company will not be holding a Board Meeting to consider the unaudited results for the quarter ended June 30, 2011.
