Andhra Cements Ltd has informed BSE that due to continued production suspension on account of power disconnection and labour unrest etc., there are delays in getting the required data / information from the plants. There being inherent limitations and constraints, the Company is unable to publish the audited financial results for the Quarter & Financial Year (15 months) ended June 30, 2011 within the time prescribed in Clause 41 of the Listing Agreement.
