With reference to the earlier announcement regarding Financial Result for the Quarter ended September 30, 2011, Krypton Industries Ltd has now informed BSE that the figures of the paid-up equity share capital for the quarter ended on September 30, 2011 & half year ended on September 30, 2011 in the Unaudited Consolidated Financial results was inadvertently shown as Rs. 430.04 Lacs instead of Rs. 1161.11 Lacs. Further, the figures of Basic & Diluted EPS for the quarter ended on September 30, 2011 & half year ended on September 30, 2011 should be 0.05 & 0.30 respectively instead of 0.13 & 0.80 respectively.
