Wipro Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held from January 18, 2012 to January 20, 2012, inter alia, to consider and approve the following: 1. audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the third quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2011. The accounts would be finally approved by the Board of Directors only on January 20, 2012 (Morning). 2. consideration of proposed interim dividend.
