Dish TV India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 19, 2012, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Third Quarter (Q3) and nine months period ended December 31, 2011 of the Financial Year 2011-12, duly reviewed (Limited Review) by the Statutory Auditors of the Company.
