WPIL Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has opted to publish Audited financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2012 within a period of sixty days from the close of its Financial Year 2011-12 ended on March 31, 2012. As such the Company will not prepare and publish Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended March 31, 2012.
