Kilpest India Ltd has informed BSE that the Company will be publishing the Audited Financial Results of the Company within a period of Sixty days i.e. by May 31, 2012, from the end of the last quarter of the financial year ended on March 31, 2012. Accordingly, the un-audited financial results of the Company for the last quarter ended on March 31, 2012 will not be published.
