Kilburn Engineering Ltd has informed BSE that the Company will submit the Audited Financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2012 within 60 days from the close of Financial year 2011-2012 i.e., by May 30, 2012. Based on above confirmation, the Company shall not submit Un-Audited Financial result for the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2012 with in 45 days from end of quarter.
