Brooks Laboratories Ltd has informed BSE that the Company hereby signifies its willingness to exercise its option to submit annual audited financial results within 60 days from the end of fourth quarter alongwith Q4 results which would be a balancing figure i.e. on or before May 30, 2012. Accordingly, the Company does not propose to publish the unaudited financial results for the last quarter ended March 31, 2012.
