Kovai Medical Center & Hospital Ltd has informed BSE that the Company in consultation with the Statutory Auditors decided to publish the Audited Financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2012 before May 31, 2012. In respect of the above, the Company will not consider and publish the Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended March 31, 2012.
