Shardul Securities Ltd has informed BSE that the Company shall publish/give to the Stock Exchange Audited Financial results for the financial year ended March 31, 2012 on or before May 30, 2012 and hence shall not publish/give Un-audited financial results for the quarter ending March 31, 2012.
