To consider and approve the Company’s Audited Financial Statements for the Year ended March 31, 2012. In view of the above, publication of the Un-Audited Results for the last Quarter i.e. January 01, 2012 to March 31, 2012 would not be necessary. 2. To Consider and recommend dividend, if any, on Equity Shares for the year ended March 31, 2012.
