Gujarat Foils Ltd has informed BSE that the Company will Publish the Audited Results for the year ended March 31, 2012 within 60 days from the end of the quarter i.e. on or before May 30, 2012. Hence, the Company will not publish the Un-Audited financial Results for the quarter ended March 31, 2012.
