State Bank of India has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Banks Central Board will be held on May 18, 2012, to take on record the Audited Working Results of the Bank for the year ended March 31, 2012. Further, the Board will also consider in the above Meeting, the declaration of Dividend, if any, for the financial year 2011-12.
