Anand Credit Ltd has informed BSE that the Company will be making arrangement for publishing the Audited Financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2012 within 60 days from the end of the quarter. Hence, Company will not going to publish Un-audited financial results for the quarter January to March, 2012.
