Lohia Securities Ltd has informed BSE that the Company will be publishing audited financial results for the year ended March 31, 2012 within a period of 60 days (i.e. by May 30, 2012) from the end of the last quarter of the financial year. The Company will also submit annual audited consolidated financial results within sixty days from the end of the financial year. Hence, the Company is not publishing Unaudited (a) Quarterly Results for the three months period and (b) Annual Results for the year ended March 31, 2012 on or before 45 days (i.e. by May 15, 2012).
